Our Mission in Action
Provident Charter School West serves students in grades 1–8 who have dyslexia or other language-based learning differences. Our mission is to create a learning environment where students feel understood, supported, and empowered. Through research-based literacy instruction, personalized learning plans, and a focus on social-emotional growth, we are helping students become confident, capable learners.

Meet the Principal: Q&A with Ms. Joseph
Before becoming a principal, I was a reading specialist. My passion for helping struggling readers led me to leadership, where I could support an entire school working toward the same mission.
Watching our students grow, both academically and socially, is the most rewarding part of this job. I get to see firsthand the difference our mission makes in students’ lives.
Our End of the Year Celebration is special because it highlights student growth in TaeKwonDo, Art, and Music, programs that bring our students’ talents to life.
Perseverance is key—especially when learning feels hard. Know that your teachers and I are here to help you through it.

Probably a home organizer. I love organizing and cleaning!
You name it, I’ve done it—from mopping floors to directing traffic. I believe in pitching in wherever needed.
