Children experiencing foster care or housing instability have the right to educational stability. Please contact Shannon Keating at PCS Central to discuss educational stability options for your family.

Hi! I’m Shannon Keating, the School Social Worker at PCS Central. I have been a Licensed Social Worker for 10 years and have had the privilege of working in a variety of school settings before finding my home at PCS. I am passionate about building meaningful relationships between schools, families, and the community to help every student thrive. My work focuses on supporting student and family engagement, promoting student and staff mental health, and advocating for social justice and positive social change in the school system. I also work with families to address student attendance concerns, connect them with community resources, and make referrals to services that support student success. When I’m not at work, you can find me traveling, reading, spending time outdoors, making music, and playing with my three cats.
