  • Step 1 – Submit your application

      • Review the job description and send resume and cover letter to the appropriate person
  • Step 2 – Application Review

      • Each application is reviewed and matched to the needs of our school
      • We look for experience teaching in an urban setting, experience with students with disabilities, and knowledge of best practices in teaching reading
  • Step 3 – Phone Interview

  • Step 4 – In-person or virtual interview with our hiring team

  • Step 5 – Demonstration lesson or performance task

  • Step 6 – In person interview with CEO
