Application Process

  • Step 1 – Submit your application

      • Review the job description and send resume and cover letter to the appropriate person
      • Each application is reviewed and matched to the needs of our school
      • We look for experience teaching in an urban setting, experience with students with disabilities, and knowledge of best practices in teaching reading
  • Step 2 – Virtual 1st-round interview

  • Step 3 – In-person 2nd-round interview and performance task

  • Step 4 – In-person 3rd-round collaborative task
