Middle School Health and Fitness Fundraiser
As many of you know, last year we did a Health and Fitness fundraiser that not only provided our students with new learning opportunities and physical challenges, but also raised funds to buy the Gaga ball game that is now used daily in the gym.
This year we have an even larger goal! We would like to start a Middle School CPR Program at Provident! Middle School CPR Program will train students in:
- Recognizing emergencies and what to do
- Basic first aid
- Hands only CPR
We cannot do it alone! We want to provide another event where students will overcome physical challenges, gain knowledge, and also work towards their CPR Program goal!
Students will rotate through stations including: Obstacle Courses, Kick Challenge, Taste Test, Health Trivia, Safety Relay and more.
Students will receive a punch card at the event and it will operate in similar fashion to a Walk-a-Thon. They will get a punch for every new food they try, obstacle they complete, or trivia question they can answer! Encourage your students to invite family and friends to support them! Whether its $0.10 or $10/ punch – every little bit will help! *After the event, students will bring home their punch cards and supporters can make checks out to Provident Charter School*
We have a goal of $4,000 to fully fund our CPR program. Let’s join together and help our students learn and grow into a more knowledgeable and equipped generation!
